The Animal Rescue Foundation, ARF, was formed by Everett Animal Shelter Volunteers who are concerned about the plight of companion animals.  The goal is to build an organization that can respond to the immediate needs of abandoned and homeless animals who have been neglected, abused or deprived of love and ensure these companion animals find forever homes. 

Help Save Washington's Dogs and Cats

Spay and neuter legislation is being proposed for the 2009 legislative session. This legislation will fund tens of thousands of additional spay and neuter surgeries for cats and dogs throughout Washington. We believe an aggressive statewide spay/neuter program is critical to reduce the number of dogs and cats dying in our shelters. Your help is essential to pass a bill in the next session. We can get the euthanasia rate for adoptable animals to zero for our community's animals with sound planning, a strong support system, and focused determination. 

Your support helps us to provide essential items, medical attention, volunteer programs, and support systems to create public awareness to the community.

Our goal is to continue to provide solid education to the public about responsible pet ownership and to find the perfect pet match for people's lifestyles.

ARF was formerly listed as www.arfwa.org.  We felt that the name www.EverettARF.org better described our organization.
